And what I mean is if you are under a company there are people there that are handling all that stuff like live2d updates, 3d models, illustrations, 3d studio work, goods design/manufacturing/sales, organising events, marketing you, bringing in advertisers for sponsorships, improving the app you are using, dealing with legal issues, finance, hr, even just having a network and management to consult on issues.

It is a lot of work on top of the streaming that you are going to have to manage for yourself and a lot of people just won't have the skills or personality to be able to do that effectively. There might be some examples of people that can but that doesn't mean to say literally anybody can do it if they just quit their company, it just makes the people that do manage it alone all the more impressive.
