Always thought it was funny SA of all things probably has the most comprehensive Touhou modding scene out of any other game. There's probably more Touhou mods for SA than anything else combined. Even artists picked up on it.

Whatever happened to the singleplayer mod an anon was working on a year back or so? Shame it never released, it looked fun.

There's the /jp/ server that gets hosted sometimes that has a ton of Touhou stuff on it, no friends required.

But for SP you can find most of the skin mods and CLEO stuff from https://w.atwiki.jp/gtamod2/pages/17.html

Look on the right column, "リンク" (links). Specifically the first one that says "GTA MOD置き場" That'll take you to a onedrive with various folders, you want the Touhou one. If it's a particularly big folder usually just ctrl+f'ing a character's name is the quickest way about it. In that case you could ctrl+f "パチュリー" for example and that'd bring up the mod you want.

Fair warning, the onedrives on a lot of those old blog links are long dead, but you can always try asking if there's something you want from a dead drive, there's not much that hasn't been saved by anons.

Back in the day before MMD took off, NicoNico users liked to make Touhou movies and parodies with GTA SA, all these old skins are the very first 3D models many characters got. Sadly many of these movies are impossible to find now.
