While Geoff Keighley's Game Awards were showing off their nominations there were talks here and there about bringing a best VTuber award for the /v/GAs in response to their "Content Creator of the Year".
However this is primarily a video game show and such an award is divisive and will be difficult (but not impossible) to bring to light.

Kawaii Gamer Award and Gosling Award have been thrown around as names (add any name you want) but specify it as "for best VTuber"

This won't be an annual award but VTubers have contributed so much in the year 2020 that the I believe the /v/GA team will accept it.
