There are two endings with the guy. In the first, Ai ends up working for him as a prostitute so the protagonist won't have to pay for the repairs to the guy's car. Generic shit plotwise, though it's one of the better endings in the game.

In the LUNATIC MODE ending, the guy's wife "cheats" on her husband with the protagonist, so that Ai will view her husband as a fellow victim and fall for him. She finds out, but it doesn't stop her from fucking him in front of the protagonist and then running off to become the couple's sex slave.

I personally raged more at the doctor's route, though. Having been chosen by the protagonist, Ai teases him, telling him that he has to endure because when he comes she's going to be gangbanged. In the meantime, she accuses him of infidelity for showing concern when her little sister, who was saving her virginity for him and is losing it in a gangbang because she wasn't chosen, cries out in pain.

This is one my gripes with most eroges, lack of rivals. Most of VNs have your bestfriend chasing one of the heroines but they're almost always used for comedic laughs. And then there's some that put a rich student council president or some other shit as your rival but they're just there to instill jealousy to the player and never stood a chance.
Out of all the VNs I've played only Triangle Blue comes close with having a decent rival. (Fucker got more hscenes with the heroine than the protagonist.)

Another one of my gripes is that the heroine you didn't chose almost always disappear/gets forgotten from the game. I'm not expecting something extreme like in Kissx100, where the heroine you didn't chose whores herself out to the class to get back at you.
