the issue is people who aren't part of japanese parent companies like nijisanji or japanee people are off-topic so i can't really start naming stuff.

you know paryi's project? they're seriously replacing hololive. they're bigger than virtuareal to some degree. there's also really popular nijisanji like mononobe alice.

there's a number of japanese independents who are pretty popular too. there's a girl named lulu who is like mea kagura, but bili exclusive and she's been seriously learning chinese for a year.
