The physics railgun never worked due to rules for momentum not actually existing by RAW. So the final throw would just deal regular damage.

It is /tg/-Touhoufag approved 100% shit. It doesn't even actually use D&D. 4e, whether or not it's a good system, actually does fit Touhou better than 3.5.
