The issue seems to be that female holos are pretty short both IRL and in-model so the rigging is pretty easy to align, whereas the men are like 5 foot 6 when he's supposed to be mocapping for a 6 foot+ ikemen bartender model. Thats why the shoulders are like a foot lower than they should be, because IRL Roberu clearly doesn't have a long torso.

Shit rigging is a shame but that's just Cover being Cover though I think this might be some of their worst work yet in that regard and it's not even just the shoulders that are part of the issue, as for the art of he model itself it looks a little plasticy/matte and I was hoping they'd transfer over a good amount of the roughness and detail that's in the original 2D but I understand it can be better to invest in going for something simple over something complicated for these things and it still looks good. He also looks even handsomer than in his 2D which I can't complain about.
Personally I find the hand and arm mass fine since it's accurate to his 2D. So yeah, looks pretty good in stills but it kind of hurts looking at it in motion. Either way I'm happy since I've been waiting for this day for a long time, hope at least one of the other homos gets a higher quality model

Something else I've noticed is how low effort the hair rigging is. Even when he's performing higher impact movements like jumping or turning quickly the hair stays almost exactly in place as if it's glued to his head. I know it can't just be because his hair is short since Subaru doesn't have this problem.
