There really wasn't much that could be done about Palette, the original delay of her anniversary stream fucked the whole schedule on that one.
They had probably already planned to have her perform it in Bloom (since it should have already been out by then), but that ended up turning into a surprise debut. They had also probably planned on opening sales after the anniversary stream, but then expedited that because of the release at Bloom. The scheduling for everything just became a mess.

I think previous Luna herbarium was better colorwise. It had blue and pink for Luna's dress and a touch of gold for crown. Now it's just reddish pink.
But she's become better at placing things, as in first Luna's herbarium everything just kinda sits at the bottom.

Im 100 prozent sure i just solved the Towa question. Towa is a agent of the japanese goverment with a mission to get the japanese birthrates up. To fullfill her objective she startet a virtual idol career and made herself unpopular among japanese fans on purpose to grow a new overseas audience wich she slowly convinces into learning japanese and immigrate to the country to also add diversity to the genepool.
