This is a bit more dependent on your country and how well they check packages. What I would recommend is to tick the checkbox for removal of price tags. Furthermore, don't make the lowered value too unrealistic. If you ship 10 big items to yourself and declare them for 2000 yen it gets suspicious. When I have too many items to realistically put below the threshold of taxes I just put it a bit higher. I still get taxed but at least not as much.

anyone know how to fix rotato? genuinely I've never figured it out. someone suggested cropping it slightly but for me it just made the image too large.

The image rotation in this case is stored in the exif data, which 4chan (except /p/) strips upon upload. It requires a bit of work, but run your pics through something (i.e. any image manipulation software) that can actually change the rotation of the image, instead of just leaving a "tag" in the exif that says the image is rotated in a certain way.

As >>34396412 said, orientation is stored as an exif attribute in the file. If you're on PC then use IrfanView and the lossless rotate/crop plugin, that way the file isn't re-encoded/molested in any way. I assume there are equivalents for Mac and smartphones but I haven't looked into it.

Ok, I looked into it for Android because I've been meaning to for a while.
LLCrop does the trick but you'll need F-Droid or to side-load it: https://www.f-droid.org/en/packages/de.k3b.android.lossless_jpg_crop/
JPEG Cropper is in the Play store and also does lossless rotate but it reads the exif orientation and won't allow to save unless you rotate to another orientation: https://play.google.com/?id=jp.kame.jpegcropper It's new and the developer is adding features, so hopefully this will be added.
