How often do you guys look up words that you don't know?

I feel like it's better to just move on and keep reading if I kinda get the gist of the sentence.
I know that there are tools that spit out the definition if you highlight the word.
But it's a pain to deal with words that have multiple meanings or words that have complex meanings that you just have to get the feel for.
