kokugobunpou is the better made site by far, lots of repetition and everything is presented in an easy to understand way, but the guy who made the site isn't a qualified nihongoist or anything and when asked what he based the info on the site on he didn't respond. what he did say is that he put the site together for his own sake to help him memorize the information (kinda like why namasensei made his japanese lesson videos).

the second site on the other hand professes to be made by an actual japanese teacher so is probably more trustworthy. both only cover 中学生 level grammar, but that's fine since that's typically all the english guides out there cover as well.

i'm not aware of any other resources besides these, and if you don't already know japanese at a decent level then you are fucked and will have to stick with eop garbage and then correct your understanding of japanese grammar later (if you care)
