It was over really fast and my headset stopped working a bit past half way through, the Wan on Wan app is super janky, but it was great. She was incredibly cute in 3D and thanked me for sending her stuff from her wishlist. I recorded the whole thing so I can go back through and listen to what she said and try to translate what I wasn't able to understand in the moment. We spent a lot of the time just laughing and waving and posing since she knows that I can't really speak Japanese.

In short, it was like paying 50$ to play 2 minutes of a terrible version of VRChat but it was worth it.

They only accept Japanese billing addresses and payment methods so you'll probably have to use a proxy site. I was working on the image for the top of her flower stand but knew I still had some time not realizing that I would need to go through a service until very late. I used White Rabbit which "worked" but they were so slow I missed the deadline for the flower stand but at least got the ticket. The first business day they did nothing. The next day they had to ask me to confirm because it was "digital only" so they had no refunds on it. I responded within 2 minutes but then they didn't even do anything more until the following day and by then it was too late.

When you connect to the app you'll likely just get an error about your network connecting telling you to restart the application over and over, but connecting to a VPN in Tokyo fixed it. I used Mullvad and it worked just fine after that.

We're past the bump limit so when the time comes whoever is up, you know what to do.
