For sure. Azusa's situation was definitely unprofessional but at the end of the day, it's not like she did anything wrong. She's a human being, she has a right to be in a relationship, and frankly the seiyuu job doesn't strictly prohibit it in the same way as a typical idol, just discourages it in a seiyuu's younger years so it's easier to rate in cash.
Runa on the other hand really fucked it up. Having the boyfriend isn't the problem, but the whole NTR plot? It's either an insanely convincing hit job or she's guilty of some real bad shit.

I do kind of wonder how her career is going to progress after this.
