For reference with mine, 5 star units are maxed out completely. 2 star units are maxed out but I don't have the tokens to 5 star. Any below that don't have max rank/skills/etc. I'm currently only leveling Youmu and Kosuzu, but I am grinding out Nitori's rebirth mirrors. I have like 9 paper dolls but I'm not sure who to use them on yet, and I'll probably save them until the next school exp boost thing.

Both the meme list and the jap blog have Miko as an upper mid tier unit. She's not exactly a meta defining unit. Her third skill makes he go last and for some reason buffs yin attack even though her LW is yang only. She also buffs her yang attack by 2 stages with her first skill but her 3rd skill is pretty much pointless and a wasted slot that could have been used for something good instead. She was only ever useful in the jap version back when people still had to farm the Okina card in full auto mode because of her sun element on her first shot.

I guess you could always check the databank for each character to quickly find out stuff about each LW. Some places online also have recommended card lists for characters but those tend to not be up to date most of the time, especially for older characters who tend to be just forgotten.

Left is edgy flan right is cyber Yorihime. I know that the two rows are with 1P and 3P respectively, and that the top number is the last word’s “base damage” (wtf flandre). But what do the numbers below mean? Vs effective type? With max buffs? Crits? Deepl isn’t being on much help for once. Thanks

They always seperate it in damage with slayers and damage without slayers. Sometimes the characters have so many slayers that things can result in more than 2 damage values. They usually assume the max buffs a character can give herself + the ideal story card. Characters like Cyber Reisen are calculated with +10 attack because that is how much she can get on her own for example.

Slayers are great. They're guaranteed crits against characters of certain categories.

They even take into account some niche cases that you might not have thought of: Clownpiece is a fairy, a servant and an enemy of the moon; as evidenced by LoLK. Tenshi has Hakurei slayer because she demolished the Hakurei shrine, simple enough.
The only other person with Hakurei slayer is Rumia, and the only reason I can think of would be that it's a reference to Osana Reimu.

On another note, I wonder if the devs have given Okina and Flan the incident resolver tag, given the events of Gouyoku Ibun.

They are absolutely loaded. The new Flandre is pretty much the only unit better but Flan actually has less synergy with all the cyber 2hus than the Moonhus do because of the difference in attack type.

I miss the state that the game was in pre-mecha, where most new girls were good, but not S tier or above.

It's your average, run-of-the-mill, turn-based gacha kusoge that has absolutely no redeeming qualities outside of its characters, and took all their mechanics from the three most popular gachas and slightly rebranded them, so gameplay is mediocre and uninspired at best even when compared to other mediocre and uninspired titles.
One of the most generic systems imaginable.
The company running it is also a real moneywringer, with constant pop-ups for paid currencies, half its main characters (especially popular ones like Yuyuko, Yuugi, Yuuka, etc.) being limited to one week windows that occur a couple times a year at best, pretty shitty character rates at around 2.5%, is now constantly releasing back-to-back powercreep variations of characters to further milk players instead of just releasing skins (of which there are relatively few).
And while it does have the most barebone of a pity system, it's so hard to get enough points that you'll probably just wind up being forced in to whale just to get enough for the character you want, which is really less of a safety net and more like getting spat on for being a poorfag f2p.
The only redeeming qualities it has gameplay-wise is a very nice autofarm feature so you don't have to do the tedious node more than once, and a very manageable stamina system.
And story-wise it's... enjoyable, I guess?
Not a chore to read, unlike other gachas.

So if you like Touhou and Touhou characters you may or may not enjoy this game, depending on how well everything else about the game sits on your stomach.
I dump a good $40 a week in it myself.

Rerolling is pretty easy as well.
Highly recommend the daily delivery package for like $3 a month if you wind up playing a lot, it's basically nothing and lets you pick up at least a skin or ten-roll a month, along with everything else.
I shit on the gameplay because it's incredibly generic with some of it seeming like almost a direct rip-off of other gacha, but I enjoy the character interpretations and story so far, and that makes or breaks it for me personally.
I know other people might care a lot more about stuff like meta and mechanics and all that though, so I figured it was worth mentioning how boring it was (but again, autofarm makes things handsfree, so the game isn't nearly as tedious as it would be otherwise if you don't enjoy it).

The jap version has the problem of people simply having too many characters for only 10 floors. Enemies can have over 1.3 million HP but it doesn't really matter when you can use 3 or more LW in every single wave and still have a ton of them left for the final wave without even healing. It's fun to do stuff like full ice break teams at least and the floor 180 battle actually has pretty cool mechanics to give even the best units a challenge without just locking every single one of your actions.

There's a pack that has one along with a bunch of other shit for $80, and another limited pack with one for $100, or just do the equivalent of about 30 paypiggy rolls on a banner that gives the fortune dust.
Step-ups are preferred, as they're cheaper while still giving the dust.

If you want to know, it's Cyber Reisen > Ayayayaya > buny in terms of usefulness. Cyber Reisen is obviously the best of them but she is SFES after all. Aya is a pretty good debuffer focused on yang, kinda like a better Sagume. Reisen powers up with certain status effects on herself and her Spell 1 has the ability to destroy every barrier abnormality no matter what it is but all her regular spells are single target and she doesn't have the absurd power boost that characters like Hecatia, little Yuyuko or Flandre get from being inflicted by stuff.

I just realised that there's only half of the lotto and total point rewards in the rerun.
