Just generally speaking, if anyone just wants to be able look decent in kig then even wider people in general (like pictured, no offence intended to them) can pull off kig. If you want to look like a petite and skeletal anime girl then that's naturally a lot harder but posing, shapers, cinchers and possibly dieting can do some pretty significant changes, even if you don't ever look perfect.

Honestly my best advice for people is to have a proper look at your own body in a mirror/picture and have a gander around twitter, 4chan, discord, wherever you go to find kig pics normally, and compare yourself to kigs of a similar similar size and decide from there if you'd be happy with that level of result before you take the plunge.
