New things are only fine if they stand up to the standard that was set beforehand. If it's piss poor, then it deserves scorn, and the work must be boycotted. For example, gote has an excellent design and fits nicely in the lore as one of the yakuza gang lords in animal hell, and the position/character were foreshadowed in the previous game. The entire th18 cast though? Piss poor design, half of them are simply palette swapped, and the rest are nothingburgers, with the most offensive example being the so-called goddess of commerce. Game's theme in its entirety is also a poor attempt to create a commentary on the real world's state of affairs, which barely works as it was portrayed, and just came out of nowhere.

Not all things can be simply reloaded away, even if you turn on the 'random load seed' thing. Unless you turn off every single thing in the game that is NTR or other characters doing the raping (including doing the raping on you), it'll eventually happen. The Reset Elixir pretty much brings up the same screen you have access to when you select a character in NG+ to pass stats/traits of, so it's the 'legit' way to cheat in this sense (money is nearly worthless eventually). In which case since you have total access to what you want to 'transfer', including whether to restore/give virginities, it's entirely on the person playing. If when presented with such a screen the player isn't able to stop themselves from doing more than they intended, perhaps what TohoK requires is something similiar to the FGO-K's 'Life Elixir' - costs 100k as well, but only resets favour/dependency/submission/dominance and virginities (restore or grant). And even then it asks you for every single one, as to which you want to reset.
