If you leave it wet, or if you leave your man juice in it, it can slowly seep into the TPE and cause it to not only stink, but also cause it to grow mold and/or bacteria.

Some people get really fancy with cleaning the holes, but in my experience, they tend to go overboard (but then again, better to be safe than sorry). But either TPE or Silicone you just use either like, baby wipes, or a slightly damp paper towel with maybe a tiny amount of dish soap on it. Wrap it around your finger, and wipe the inside out, then douche the inside a few times, then repeat another time or two, and then just put a drying stick up there. Some people only leave it up there for a couple hours, but I tend to leave it in there for 8 hours or so, just to be sure.

A bigger doll can be a bit more work, since you might have to drag her ass to the bathroom and douche her over a toilet and wipe her down.

TPE needs to be maintained by wiping the doll down with a damp microfiber rag/towel, and then wipe her down with some oil. Just a light coating. Leave her for 30-60 minutes, and the lightly powder her.

It sounds like a lot of work, but cleaning her after use takes maybe 10-20 minutes, but you might have to leave her around with the drying stick in for a while. Wiping the doll down to oil it might take a couple hours, but you're also leaving her to absorb the oil for half of that.

Well sure, but I just mean the more you use it, the more often you'll have to clean it. Also, even with silicone (though slightly less so than TPE) you do have to watch out for dye leeching off of the clothing into the material. It can be fixable, but it can be bad. If you have clothing on them for a long period of time, its best to have white or light clothing.

Not all dolls have removable vags, though. I've even heard that people who have used fixed vag dolls and removable vag actually prefer fixed vag. Even the easier clean up apparently isn't worth it, because the removable ones feel and look worse. Just make sure you do your diligent research to be sure you get the one you really want in the end.

Also, cleaning the body once a week is pretty excessive, regardless. I guess if you have her out all the time and have cuddling her a lot, you might have to do it sooner than usual, but even for TPE, you really only have to do the full wipe-down and oiling/powdering once every 6-8 weeks.
