Forgive me if I missed something when she's been discussing her new plan but she wants to keep her 4 usual uploads a month and add on a fifth video while streaming everything live? It doesn't seem she does prerecorded stuff often if at all.
Her Noel schedule seems to be 3-4 streams a week. So with Canan it's about 5 streams a week. But she also works off screen planning the streams and doing work for Hololive. I think she puts a lot of work in her ASMR streams, it's not just put on a sexy outfit and go for it.

Personally, I wouldn't do it if they still owed me money. If they're asking for more they might not ever put themselves in a situation where they can pay you back, instead just taking advantage of people's kindness. But again, I know nothing of this friend.

Of course Noel would feel broken up about it and seeing a Gen like 6 so close but they're still in the honeymoon phase and they just got their 3Ds, of course they're young and full of energy while Sankisei is about to enter it's third year in Hololive and lost a member to unfortunate circumstances. But Sankisei is still close as a gen, they still help each other and talk to each other, they're just all getting that burnout from doing this for so long and they're all experiencing their own health issues at this point.

I thought her trip to USJ helped her more but I guess it wasn't enough and coming home all her problems were just waiting for her. She should take a break but she needs to work on the issues, friends, money, work, she can't just do nothing because those problems will always just be sitting and waiting, some getting worse.
She might take this weekend off as Noel. If she doesn't feel like playing video games she might take a break this weekend or do something smaller than her usual 5 hour streams.
