Well getting japanese pran voices seems to be easy, I just need to find a japanese client to copy the sounds over.

That's already enough to guarantee it being the second-most played class, at least upon start-up. There doesn't seem to be a Rogue/Assassin type character, so there the competition from that is gone, meaning those players will likely flock to the second-coolest option, which is, of course, the physical ranged dps.

Personally, I prefer using absurdly over-sized hunks of metal barely passable as forged weapons to deal enough blunt-force trauma that the monsters' bones disintegrate. However, not only does there not appear to be any humongous hammers, but the two-handed melee class is male-only.

To be honest, the Japanese voices sound as generic as the American ones sound forced. The American ones would be better if they weren't so... appropriate for a tween girl such as the ones we are raising. I went with water because it's apparently defensive and I'm playing Paladin.

No idea how to find elements though. I've gotten 3 randomly while leveling up.
