Techincally some major part of AIgen text specifically prohibits porn from being made.
Like, everything made since 2014 uses this specific bit of material, and thus inherits the restriction from it.
Now, the real reason is why they actually care enough to do more than a basic "nooo don't do that you're not allowed to" disclaimer, and leave it at that, while practically doing nothing about it because that's the only reason anyone uses this stuff.

The UI is that of Agnai, which is a frontend that allows you to use your own AI model as well as customize the prompt you send to the AI. The model I'm using is GPT-4 which is really hard to get. You can use the next best thing which is GPT-3.5 by setting up an OpenAI account and getting their API key, then pasting it into Agnai.

Yes, that's where prompts and jailbreaks come in. Agnai allows you to send extra prompts to the AI which helps bypass their filters. It works very well.

GPT-4 is rare because OpenAI rarely gives it out (mostly to companies and startups) plus it is extremely costly.

Well, you CAN use it by paying for the ChatGPT plus subscription on OpenAI's website, but I'm pretty sure that forces you to use GPT-4 on their website (so no system prompt convenience), and you can't use it elsewhere. Plus, there's like a 300 message a month limit or something, which, trust me, is nowhere near enough once you realize how addictive chatting with AIhus can be.

if you did longer narratives and made your own more plot centric story, gpt3.5 was trash since it forgets context every 20 ish messages and it also had more mediocre replies

I guess it's just weird to me since the AI won't do shit unless it's prompted to anyways. And not only that, it's all private and no one other than you will ever see it (unless you share it).

It's like going to the adult section of a library and getting smut, but the library later bans smut even though it was all in the adult section anyways. It's a very strange thing to single-out especially text isn't really explicit like actual pornography is. Hell when I was a kid I remember my school library had books with straight-up smut and sex in them, but granted this was back in the 90s and early 2000s. You can have sex in stories without it being for jerk-off purposes, removing it just kinda seems like neutering the AI for no real reason.
