I'm pretty sure there's an old ToHeart 2 garage kit that some 20 year old posted themselves destroying, framing it like one of those time laps videos as if they're doing something cool. they say in their blog how it's their first time even using any of the art kits they had just got for their birthday or whatever. And they proceed to cover the poor thing in like crayon and some kind of cheap paint they probably had left over from high school. so that thing is destroyed. Yeah, I seethed reading that post. That was on MFC I think. Site is riddled with selfies and blogposting. Normalfags are dangerous and corrosive. They claim to be otaku and love otaku culture. But all they are doing currently are destroying otaku grails and artifacts. Do not sell any of your beloved figurines that you have acquired in the past 20 years. Many of them really are being sought out so that they can be used as little toy props, damaged and not appreciated properly. Don't believe me, MFC is probably the best place to observe all I've described. I've seen the destroyed garage kits. For the older generation or even some of the older zoomers who grew up watching anime in the late 2000s and early 2010s, a lot of these garage kits could have been something to really appreciate and care for, maybe even one day beautifully paint. but these assholes who just randomly got into eva or whatever are idolizing oldfags and destroying everything they love with their grubby, untrained hands. The garagekit rapings especially tic me off. Like what the Hell, these things can take months to finish. Why the fuck are you using acrylic paint on the entire thing. I don't paint nor assemble garage kits myself. But I've had some painted by a few artists in Japan and followed their media for years. So this post, resonated with me. I believe the animecore crowed has a lot more potential with revitalizing /jp/ and 4chan as a site as a whole. They're a much better fit than the "rightoid chuds." Or frogniggers. I mean, they're all normalfags. But this website was pioneered by anime obsessed commie lunatics, which gen z kind of is. It's only inevitable that all this is so popular these days. So over time, the culture just has to be reestablished, this has to be reaffirmed as some kind of retard Japan obsessed place. This needs to be a discussion. There needs to be more spaces for people who still take these things seriously, this culture, without any politics etc, or those who want to take all this fun shit seriously as their hobbies and all. All the websites have been overtaken and it's sad. But everyone needs to move on to other smaller websites if they want to discuss true passion. 4chan, MFC etc have been normalfag ridden for years now.
