You should also enable auto-TSP movement and never turn it off. TSP is useful for a wide variety of things beyond just rape, and your meter will grow the more it's used. Eventually you'll be able to go the entire day without spending a single second on just moving from place to place.

The early game grind is terrible, but once you get your skills up a bit and get a girl or two to yearning and you're able to take them out on dates you get a lot more options.


I wish the game had a 'First Impressions' system like K has, where the first time you meet someone you get initial lump sum of favour and dependence.

It could even be a bit indepth, where the initial amount depends on your traits and skills and her traits and skills.
Certain things would be universal, like being Tall and having good Combat/Lumberjacking because all chicks dig tall dudes with muscles, Speech as well because you're a smooth talker.
But fighting chicks would get an additional bonus from your combat skills, bookworms like you more if you're knowledgeable (non-smart characters could even see you as a nerd, lowering the first impression amount), etc
Then there's personality traits, like lewd characters like you more if you're also lewd, but conservative characters won't be impressed; then theres the flipside where conservatives like you if you're conservative but lewds find you boring.

Basically you'd get an initial base amount based on common traits, and bonus/malleolus for shared/opposite traits.

With the way we are doing it, that sounds about right, and I rather do it right the first time than to rush it and push out something half-assed.
Me and KR just finished the meat and bone of the intro event, got it flowing the way I wanted, but there's still a bit more work to be done. I'm really satisfied with the fact that how much of a roller coaster of feelings it is.

We are putting in a lot of creative effort into this, we had a lot of fun exploring our characters back and forth, adjusting the plot here and there, building character motivations while putting the funnies in, just so our characters will feel more complete and coherent while the development pacing will generally be slower. And I think I mentioned this before: Shanghai would come with her own storyline. So that's another thing that will prolong the development.

In other news, I commissioned our in-house artist for an image set of Alice, I want something that's kinda like the vibe of pic related (Magical Girl of Constellations Alice from LostWorld).
She will have an on stage costume that you can unlock by playing her substory.
That's a lot of paper out of my own pocket by the way.

Main difference compared to the other work types is that the character has to work for several days in a row before getting the rewards.

There is no one else that can do bethesda style RPGs. People like to shit on bethesda's gamebryo all they want and I can't blame them for it, there's no other game that lets you play around with physical objects in such a large open world that you can travel around whenever you want. There's no game that remembers so much of what you did to its physics objects and npcs without shitting your save file beyond repair (it still does that on some very specific cases but shhh).
