Only route 1, this is all that exists. Although the project is still progressing even now. It will probably be released with JAST, but done by a fan translator.

Kusakabe is one of the main reasons I hesitate to read Sumaga. I'm not a fan of random sex scenes, and she is just that.

Seriously though, they're not censoring Demonsbane (or so they say) and I doubt they'd censor Sumaga if they didn't censor that. Mira is the same age as the rest of the heroines.
I wish they wouldn't chicken out on flat chests so much. My girlfriend is almost 25 and too small for an A-cup. Of course it doesn't really help that she acts like a little kid, but honestly, who's monitoring these games so religiously that JAST has to care so much?
