Touhou DS is the most complete. Brutal Touhou may or may not be canceled. Tiangou looks interesting, and Jdanmaku is pretty good.

As an artist and a critic myself, I have to say, 4chan's /ic/ is absolutely horrid. Unhelpful folks who know nothing about nothing trying to find mistakes in sloppy works to feel better about themselves, with lots of circlejerking and useless posts. Giving good critique is a skill in itself, and a skill /ic/ severely lacks.

For critique, there are a million better sites. Fellow artists, never go to 4chan's /ic/. Fellow critics, if you are from /ic/, you suck, go learn something about art and writing good critique before your next attempt.
