It's nice, I wish it was in english and had sound, prehaps the sound from this flash game http://dagobah.net/flash/Yukkuri.swf.. There isn't alot of text and I could probably do rough translations but I'd have no idea how to patch it.

I sometimes feel sorry for all the paranoid people who have no reverse engineering skills and automatically assume everything is a trojan. They could have at least ran it in a virtual machine.

I looked at the file, and found the usual HSP(known "game maker"/interpreter, especially for japanese doujin games. It's a BASIC-like interpreter targeted at beginner game developers). The game itself is contained in an archive which is in the exe's overlay (appended to it). You can unpack/decrypt and then look at the bytecode.

tl;dr: file is harmless, some people are paranoid trolls.
