Anyone good enough/motivated enough to write for a visual novel that already has an artist/programmer?

Satoru Is a guy in a dead-end job with nothing to gain and nothing to lose, an encounter with a certain psychopath reveals to him that the world is not really as he seems, that chance and coincidence do not exist and that he has a power beyond his wildest imagination. As his world crumbles around him as the result of an underground organisation targeting him, his two saviours appear, but what will he use his power for and who will he side with to save himself from his predicament.

Cheesy blurb^ first two days of the script are written and a lot more character profile stuff, plus its in my head

OP, the idea "Guy who learns reality isn't what it seems and also has some amazing power" has been done like ten million times already. Why not do a historical drama or an adaption of an old novel? Nobody ever does those and I bet you'd dig yourself a nice niche.

Telling someone to change their style is kicking them in the balls. It all depends on how good the writing itself is, not what the writing tropes are.

>> No.6161616

>>6161592
I'm not talking about style, I'm talking about ideas. You can have the same style writing ten wildly different kinds of plots, but if the one plot you choose comes off as tired it's a problem, unless your writing style is so good and your character so interesting that it doesn't matter.

It's becoming like WWII FPSs.

I wish there was a WWII visual novel.

In actuality, I am writing a movie script based on an alternate WWII/fantasy setting I thought of. Maybe making it into a VN would be a good idea.

I can't draw good enough, though.

I think he meant about how many hours long do you want it to be.
As for limitations, I meant do you have any clear cut chains of events yet or any idea where you want the differing routes,if it's not linear, to go? Or setting, specific things the protagonist's power can and can't do etc.
I mean, it would be easy enough to help come up with them, but I'd like to get an idea of how much groundwork has been laid so far.
