This series kind of feel like an one trick pony where you will love the first game of the series you will play. I'm willing to give another chance to the series though.

SubaHibi would be great if only Takuji's and Zakuro's arcs wasn't so fucking long. If a game gets incredibly high critical acclaim when it wasn't hyped in the least prior to its release, it's pretty much guaranteed to be good.

If speaking of titles released this year, I'd say that I prefer IM Verita over SubaHibi, but then again I'm pretty big IM/Eushully-fan so that kinda gives the edge. Well those are definately two best things released this year tough, well atleast for me.

Becaus many were speaking of subahibi I felt like giving for opinions of my own.
SubaHibi isn't perfect tough as it's pretty polarizing as it isn't for everyone as there are a lot of creepy/weird stuff that dont fit most people. Also the pacing in it's pretty iffy at times, god that first half of it's my own invention made me almost fall asleep. and sometimes all that book referencan made me think that could they make up some own stuff instead, but then looking at overall story it kinda made impact in that it made feel it more connected to present time with all that year 2012 gloom and doom. there are other stuff that could be said about it, but I don't want to start ranting about it too much, but I can say that most people here probably would like it and then there would be also those that absolutely hate it. It really has a nice story with some great characters and concepts.

But overally 2010 has been pretty decent year for eroge and far from bad. Ofcourse compared to 2009 it's bit lackluster. And then next year seems to shape up to be a good year once again with some great titles in horizon.

Well I pretty much liked Zero and Verita equally. both had some good points over another. And Zero had ch3 and Haisherra Hijack so it automatically makes everything more epic than over 90% stuff out there.

Still need to play genrin games, pretty near in my backlog tough. Altough I think if they make genrin3 Loui will step down as protagonist and Lifia takes the place, and hilarity will ensue. Really anything with this trio probably will end in chaos. And Lifia definately will have some huge future role, so it's likely that she will end up genrin3s protag.

A solid 8.8, the last routes, Amaho, Oki and true one were awesome, and the end was great making use of all the resources the VN had making for a perfect climax.
Though I didn't really finish it, but there's no way I'll read another Garnet route, EVER again.
