Considering the clitoris and testicles are physiologically different in every way, no, it would not feel the same.

Getting pinched on the head of your penis would probably be, if not completely the same as doing the same to a clit, since they're practically the same thing.

I would assume getting punched in the ovaries directly would be a better comparison but it's impossible to know and any women who CAN get their ovaries punched directly probably have much bigger problems to worry about.
