I have been playing this game. It's a good game, the sprites reminds me of the HNK arcade game sprites (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrWzrMjg9tc)), and the action is good. The difficulty levels are correct, easy is easy and hard is hard. The only thing I don't like is the lack of characters. Also, I still don't know how to unlock the locked characters.

Luci is fast, her normals have pretty good range, she has really strong and easy to do combos. Her meta super is great for combos and decent at punishing.

I've been watching streams on nicovideo off & on all day and about 50% of the japanese players are using her.

Kanon is pretty damn strong too and has ridiculous pressure if you're good with his jump. He isn't as popular but I'd say Lucifer is definitely the Ken of this game.

k its getting really laggy GGS. Wow trying to block those spears in delay is awful, your blocks come out like 1 second later so you have to know in advance when they are coming, and to make it worse i have two characters with no projectiles. I can run the game just fine. I get constant 60FPS even when switching to Metaworld or doing specials.

When I go online though it's like someone runs the game through a blender. I can still get decent FPS, but the connection always drops before the first match is over, even when playing people from the same area. Which is weird since this is the same connection I use for every other game and lag is pretty much non existent with those.

So is it the netplay itself that's faulty? If so, I think I'll just wait until a caster or something comes out.

Sorry to fag it up in here, but I need some help. The game opens just fine and my computer meets the system requirements, but the window just goes black. I can hear the sound effects and music and render other PC games well enough, but for some reason this game isn't working.

Regardless, the ping shouldn't matter at all, that's what the frame buffer is for. It's bad netcode and calling it "fine" is outright stupid.

It stays completely black during the character select screens and everything, except for when I'm in an actual fight. When I am, it shows that circular rune thing underneath every character move around, but that is it. Also, if you wait long enough, it shows that glass breaking effect.

One thing worth noting though, is that they get less disconnects the higher they set the frame buffer. So if you're consistently getting disconnects, try bumping it up.

0 is consistant disconnects for them, 1 is random and 2 is mostly stable. Most Americans should probably be using 4 or 5.

MB's caster handled low delay a lot better than this frame, so that's pretty disappointing.

You don't really "get" CG's, since they're not saved anywhere. Using specific character pairs will lead to unique endings. You can tell if you have a pair if they get a special intro as opposed to just jumping in the fight. Each character has about 4 or so special intros.

You should be able to guess who goes together from their interactions in the series proper, although some just don't make sense...like Kanon and Lucifer, who barely interacted at all.
