I personally love pretty much everything too. The users, negative, positive, bitter and lonely ones. All of them are great. They express themselves in their "off-topic" threads, but I think it's important to have those so the people on /jp/ can speak their minds clean to people that understand them. I love how honest people are, how they really love their hobbies. List is quite endless.

There's less tripfags nowadays than there ever was. We have 99 problems, but they aren't one.

There are almost no dedicated tripfag shitposters anymore (Meido scared them off, I guess) and they're easily ignored. You can go by just recognizing the few that actually contribute something. I guess few that aren't either are still around, too, but I mostly don't notice they have trips anymore, what they post is no different from a normal anonymous. Thank god.

I stopped playing touhou cause my old keyboard broke and the new one doesn't let me go down+left when keeping z down, making all attempts at proper shmups useless. (By the way if you have some tips on solving this I'd love you)

The atmosphere in /jp/ also got worse and worse in the late months, it shifted gradually to unrelated to my interests.

This to say I don't love /jp/ anymore, I like this thread, I used to love the helpful tripfags, the dumping of links and what not, the touhou discussion, both the gameplay and the lore(which went bad really fast), the occasional friendly German, the kim threads, all stuff of the past.

The relative maturity of the posters, the calm atmosphere and music uploads and entertaining dailies.

Stop derailing this into Tripfriends/General.

Anyway, I like Touhou doujinishi discussion and flanfly.

I have no idea in all honesty. The people here amuse me though for some reason. It's got a nice pace for the most part, although I dislike the times when it gets unbearably slow, but I prefer that to the speed of some other boards.

I like a lot about /jp/.

I like being able to talk about things I like with people with similar interests in real time. While I wish we had a more general interest in discussing things, when we DO discuss things properly it's usually fun.

I like the honesty, it's refreshening. I can say what I feel and be blunt about it if I want too. I like how there's people typing in full sentences, and that GETs or similarly retarded stuff don't ruin perfectly good threads.

I like how we are all pretty tight, most people who come here come here often.

I like some of the reoccurring threads, like the music threads, /jp/ radio, Touhou power-level threads and figurine threads.

And /jp/ meet-up threads always crack me up.

I think /jp/ is one of the few boards left where you rarely see posts like "nice dubs bro".
