I'm getting Tactics Ogre and MvC3. No monies for this ;_;

MvC3 is a given, but I have mixed feelings about this game.

I don't get why everyone is so excited about MvC3. It's probably going to be the same unbalanced execution fest as the 2nd one was, probably even more so. Go play Guilty Gear or AH3 or something that's actually decent.

I'm a fan of the series. Yes, I agree MvC2 is unbalanced as fuck and watching MvC3 videos, it looks much worse than the former.

Pre-ordered but NISA sent out a letter saying that the shipment got fucked by weather conditions so it's unsure when they'll get them. They also bumped everyone who had free shipping into priority mail, but didn't say anything about people who already picked priority mail, so I'm kind of annoyed.

The combat is kinda slow, and the story isn't the best. I give it an 7/10. Its fun but only for like one play through.

If it's anything like Agarest it's rancid shit. I had a friend play through it and disliked it (he finished it just for the same of doing so, though). Another friend bought it and disliked it. These were the Japanese versions.

Apparently there was a glitch where you couldn't get all unlockable items, which also meant that you couldn't unlock all trophies. Agarest had a similar glitch, but it came out years ago, and it was eventually patched for the Japanese and eventual English versions.

I really hate Agarest, and from what I've seen of this, I'll probably hate this as well. All of the music in Idea Factory's games sounds nearly identical and it's really obvious. The newer titles they've produced are usually recycled graphics/sprites of previous games. Apparently this game uses Trinity Universe's engine, so I wouldn't be surprised if they just took that game and build this one on top of it.

I think the art's pretty good though. Agarest had really nice art and was pretty much the only reason to play through. The rest of the game was a complete write-off.

I'm waiting on Idolmaster 2 and Catherine this month, so I'll pass, for obvious reasons.

Have to agree with this guy. Argarest is trash, but at least tried to emulate some sort of deepness/plot...I can't really see where Neptunia will be going.

NISA's entire shipment was screwed over by some bad weather in Missouri.

Following is from NISA's e-mail:

Your orders have all been printed and our warehouse has completed as much packing as possible. Due to severe weather issues, our game shipment has not yet arrived at our warehouse. As of this e-mail, it is currently stuck in Missouri. We cannot guarantee when the games will arrive, but we are expecting them to get here sometime next week.

This was dated on the 11th meaning the game may show up to retailers later this week. Otherwise NISA pre-orders would've got theirs today or yesterday.
