Given she has started interplanetary wars in the past and regularly captures humans so that they can be made into food for vampires, the enormity of her sin results in a sanzu river her powers cannot overcome.

Thus, she cannot become immortal.

there is no such thing as another person with her powers. yukari is not the same kind of youkai as, say, alice or china. she is the physical embodiment of a concept. she is not a being that wields the power of borders, she is the power of borders expressed as a being.

the problem with that is yukari is essentially the borders themselves. if you attempted to attack her with such a power, she could likely dispel it without even trying. of course, if someone had absolute power over the concept of borders, which is unlikely, they could defeat her--but of course this would require essentially destroying the fabric of the universe itself. the only way to "kill" her is to completely remove the concept of borders entirely.

Yukari can manipulate the power boundary to give herself all the powers she wants.
