I was able to reset my password when it first became available, but the store still gives me an error code.

Well, 3 out of 4 times I get an error message (with the same error number as the US PS Store) but sometimes I get a message that says "this service isn't available in your country". Which is BS, cause the PS Store isn't region locked.
Time's running out and I want my free stuff dammit.
