I stupidly kept forgetting Marisa>Reimu in basics of CQC, so I ate alot of unnecessary fingers and brooms. One thing, though. Remove those Recovery cards from your deck. They recover too little and leave you open, although I couldn't capitalize on it with my slow Reimu as much as I should've.

I have more moves now. That match taught me 2a and 3a as I was trying to figure out ways to counter attack you while I was in the corner. Still new with those though. I've had a j.2a, but I don't think I did last time I played you. I have a j.6a now, but I still can't charge either of those damnit.

Still trying to get more of an air dash and more j.5a. Still have a lot of moves I'm missing sadly.

Can combo into specials pretty well now, and am slowly learning to increase CH damage with on the fly combos.

I like the idea of weather, but the superarmor and no melee weathers kill momentum anyway and whoever is in a worse position atm usually just has to run (and you can just run in those weathers to, because of their nature).

Weather should be weather like, subtle noticeable and distinct. It's a good idea, but really badly implemented, so I guess I'll be playing no weather from now on.

Speaking of 3A, that's what killed me at close range as well. I spent the majority of the first 3-4 matches trying to crush on a cornerstring, and screwed up just doing her normal 3A. When I figured it wasn't worth it, I finally won a match.

I wouldn't get rid of Master Spark, seeing as you whiffed a couple Aerial Sparks off of combos, which is punishable.

For future reference, if I run against a wall for 30 seconds even though you're on the other side of the screen, it probably means my computer lagged on one of the spell cards and we got desynced, giving me 2-3 second delay on all my moves. It means "please stop for a second so my computer can catch up" not "please rape my face"

GGs HitBox. From what I've seen, the problem in your playing style is that you don't really keep the pressure up, especially when using Aya. I don't see much combo's coming from you either. A suggestion I have for you is that you go look at the strings and stuff they have on the SWR wiki and memorize the combos until it's something like muscle memory. But only if you want to improve at the game. Otherwise just disregard everything I've said.

Just practice. This and other fighting games. It gives you a sense of spacing and other aspects which carry over from game to game. Also, if you're playing to win, don't hold back because a tactic is cheap (spamming the same attack isn't cheap if the enemy can't get past such a predictable strategy.)

I wasn't entirely influenced by your advice, as I had been practicing the blockstring for an hour or tow before we fought, but our games and your advice were definitely a contributing factor to my motivation.

I'll get it down eventually. The hard part is compensating for netplay lag. In practice mode I have a problem with doing the j.6A after hjc8 too close to the ground, so I can't j.5A. Then in netplay I have problems even hitting them with it. But I'm getting it down, slowly but surely.
