I finally got the bread knife I ordered about a month ago.

No offense, I guess some people just care more than others.
I worked for 2 months at the office where my dad works, and my task was to arrange cables to get them off the floors in an open office environment.
I could have done better if I had more time per table, but I guess that would have required some nightly work - people shouldn't have to be kept away from their work just because of aesthetics.

If I have to do work like that again, I'll have to request for them to let me work alone at night and let me sleep somewhere close to the office during the day.

I was going to post the mound I NEET at all day. But thought better of it, it'd be more at home in a thread full of places like that basement one with the gamecube and blanket.

Look on eBay, you can usually get older ones like the IBM Model M or Dell AT101W for pretty cheap. They're some of the better keyboards too.

Some smaller ones like in OPs picture use Topre switches, which are pretty much the best switches around so that's why they are so expensive.

Thanks, though I've read this before out of curiosity.

Maybe I'll get one someday, though I do too much laptop computer use in bed now to make use of an actual keyboard. Plus, I think the past 3 or 4 keyboards I've used at home have all been more shallow 'chicklet' style keys, so I'm not really used to the keys being so high up. I have to use a more normal style keyboard at work and my errors in typing are disgustingly high from not being used to it.
