First thing Gensokyo will get will be great skyscraper and representative residential district. Later I (we?) could think about other gifts for new colony.

If we were to seriously bring technology to Gensokyo, we'd have to raise interest in the subject among the powerful and influent people. For that, we'd have to start with the most interesting stuff, and only later move into more subtle fields.
