Dire avengers to capture the objective and hold it.

>> No.7909195

They already have. Kaguya is the Outsider (supposedly really powerful but doesn't do shit), Eirin is the Void Dragon (technologically adept, "supports" humanity with new inventions) , Tewi is the Deceiver (trickster, does not stay in one place and travels all over in various guises) and Mokou is the Nightbringer (rip and tear.)

They changed their names after they entered Gensokyo and were forced to turn into little girls after getting beaten up by the locals and made up the entire elixir of immortality story.

Cirno alone could rape their shit. She's an immortal fairy and representative of a force of nature. Sure, the Necrons are 'immortal' too but after a few thousand years of being beaten and beaten and beaten by freezing spells and icicle shards raining down on them they'd finally give up and die.

>> No.7909316

Let's do some down-to-earth evaluations here:

Both universes are cheesy manchild fantasy lands.

The 40k universe is full of try-hards who take their shit way too seriously. Their exaggerated reverence/glorification of the franchise is often rooted in a subconscious defense mechanism, justifying to themselves and to others why they spent thousands making their armies, by making themselves believe Warhammer's just the coolest thing ever and top tier fiction (when in reality it's shitty entry level fiction).

Gensokyo is full of people who see the forest for the trees and don't really give a fuck as long as they're enjoying themselves. We know it's shitty entry level fiction, because the dude who made the series is not at all trying to make some grandiose story, he's just having fun making his games while drunk. Touhou's much more about the gameplay and music than the setting and a lot of people roll with that angle.

Games Workshop basically asspulls as much new content as they can in a perpetual greed for money, while Team Shanghai Alice is all of one drunk Japanese guy making games in his spare time (making Touhou isn't even ZUN's real job), and freely allowing other people to make lots of money off of his work.

So in essence, Gensokyo is an antithesis to the W40K universe.. matter and antimatter if you will. So, upon matter meeting antimatter, both universes would probably annihilate each other completely in a tremendous burst of pure energy.

You do realize that most, if not all, of the people in Gensokyo are warp spawned abominations, and those few mortals in it can use magic, right?

Tzeentch is indeed present in Gensokyo.

Yukari Yakumo.

>> No.7909364

Touhou vs other series is always a horribly one sided fight.

Want to shoot lasers? gapped up your ass
Want to throw a grenade? Gapped in your ass
Want to even take a step forward? gapped into your comrades ass.
Space ships? Fuck you, gapped into another space ships rear end.

Warhammer universe is pretty strong and all, but you can't deal with someone who can be on the other side of the universe and still rape you.

Without Yukari? Well there's still almost every character with some sort of super mega hacks. Might not be able to single handedly take on the army, but really Touhou is full of godlike powers.

Suika could probably just condense whatever came Gensokyo's way into a black hole. She might have to sober up first, though, so everyone'd be fucked anyway.

Also Hakutaku-keine could probably just undo the existence of an entire universe if she really felt like it.

A lot of Touhous have really interesting abilities but still get beaten by Reimu/Marisa etc, although I think it's more because they aren't really trying that hard, because if they did then could accidentally shatter Gensokyo itself.

The Necrons are the masters of the matterium. With a few Pylon structures, they can cleave an entire section of the biggest warp storm in the galaxy, one which makes up a significant fraction OF the galaxy, even though there are only a few of them. And they have been doing this for over 10,000 years.

Don't forget that Gensokyo is fueled by things humanity has stopped believing in. By 40K's time, people will have stopped believing in so many things, that everything inside, including the weakest fairies, should radiate with arcane, divine or nuclear energy.

>> No.7909563

Most Terran technology works because it just fucking works. All the rites that are observed is just a ritualized element of real science. It's superstition on top of real technology, done because the entire Imperium is caught up in the cult of the Emperor and nobody understands how the science works, anymore.

Ork technology? That shit is completely belief-based. It runs because they think it'll run. Red makes it go faster, and firing 4x the ammunition is preferable to aiming. Chaos merges old-Terran tech with daemon possession and warp sorcery. Eldar technology is super science.

Exactly. In 40K things work because you believe in them, but in Gensokyo, thing work because you DON'T believe in them. That other guy is right, it really is a matter-antimatter relationship.

The question is, is Imperium technology strong enough to combat over 40 thousand years worth of spiritual power, magic and abstract technology (like cold fusion) that all suddenly work too?
