Most places that aren't third world countries have free clinics. I'm going to assume you're from America being that a majority of this boards user base is.

You can still get healthcare at a free clinic and there's many in America. At these government sponsored clinics you pay what you can based upon your income. If you don't make money, you don't have to pay anything. If you make a little money the cost should be fairly nice.
