Yeah it was during a moot post on /g/. moot was basically like, "I don't endorse 4chan X and hired some guy to make an official extension because 4chan X's image loading options are raping our bandwidth." Fun fact: PHP logs all POST requests by default.
Perl/CGI doesn't. Fuuka has no built-in means to record search queries (it would require extra database work for no real reason).

Foolfuuka is more likely to log your search queries, user agent, etc. than vanilla fuuka.
