Sup /jp/? I just finished watching By Boss, My Hero and I'm wanting more. I know there isn't a sequel, and so I'm wondering what other great Japanese TV shows should I watch. Also, the K-drama version of this is fucking awesome too.

There is nothing to discuss. Tewi is smarter and quicker than Reisen. Every single fucking rabbit in Gensokyo listens to her and follows her orders without question. She doesn't have to listen to either Eirin or Kaguya and can get away with almost anything.

Because for the purposes of the story, Reisen has to be the boss. Since Eirin comes out and scolds her and everything. Tewi could care less about stealing the moon.

DragonZakura is decent. Abe Hiroshi does a good job acting in that. I have better dramas as recommendations though:

Kekkon Otoko Dekinai - also stars Abe Hiroshi, witty dialogue, the protagonist is just like anon, etc. Was VERY enjoyable to watch (moreso than Dragonzakura, I thought)

Tiger and Dragon - Stars the same guy from My Boss, My Hero. He also plays a guy form the yakuza, etc etc. The main draw of this series is, Tiger and Dragon has some of the very BEST acting I've seen in any J-drama yet. Also, quite funny and really really good.
