Reisen and Kaguya have no role in the manga. Stage 1 boss can be Yukari who planned all this. Phantasm stage would be Youmu midboss and Yuyuko boss.

And Sanae would last even less than Marisa, she's a ditz and a weakling compared to the other MCs. Reimu would win if she had gotten more training probably, after all, she trained for like 10 minutes and she could already summon gods, just not on Yorihime's level.
