It's easy as hell. Just use a brush that looks like it's "fart-colored" and change the opacity to a very, very low level (like 4 out of 255 or something) and spray it around to look like gas clouds. use more of it where you want to be thick.

Voila, fart OC.

That would require (f)artistic skills which is beyond what we are able to do. I have seem some artists do it but it is more difficult to do, it is also not always clear the the character in question is farting. I go with the "mustard gas" because there's little material for this fetish so I just make by with what I can get. Not all artists use the mustard gas though. Is this picture more what you're looking for? It is not completely invisible but you can still tell she's farting.
