I played Runescape years ago. I think I was combat lvl 80ish with Dharok set before quitting for WoW.

Played that for a few years and found a pretty good guild with my friend (we raided Gruul, that 10-man dungeon and parts of Tempest Keep). The guild got seperated though after one of the officers tried to steal everything from guild bank and people started siding either with the leader or the thief. I quit after that and haven't played MMOs since.

So much drama.

Should RuneScape be considered /jp/ related? The only people autistic enough to play it would be the type of people on /jp/, the rest of the playerbase is 12 year old kids.

That said, I spend the majority of my day playing it, semi AFKing skills while playing eroge or browsing /jp/, working towards a completionist cape. If you do make a /jp/ FC I wouldn't mind joining.

I didn't like that basic attacks are just in the background now. The only way to do decent damage is with abilities. I also don't like that using abilities boosts the adrenaline bar. That just promotes a constant spam of abilities in order to reach your ultimate quickly.
