also I've discovered uboachan before I discovered /jp/

I really enjoyed it, but I can understand it's largely a matter of taste. 80% of the game was holding one arrow key or back tracking through some maze, and a lot of things were pretty obscure with no hint as to what you were supposed to do. I think it's one of those games you enjoy more in hindsight than when you are actually playing it.

As a "game" it was pretty poorly designed, as "art" it was great.

I want a crossover between YN and Demonphobia.

It's a nice atmospheric game that's often overrated by those who have build up an expectation for it via hearsay. It's not a "masterpiece", it's technically an unfinished game. It's like they forgot the hours spent looping in a maze trying to find one of the effects (unless they used a walkthrough, which defeats the purpose of the game). I have to say I can't stand those "shes a crazy yandere xD" fans.

I have much respect for the fans that are dedicated and produce spin-off material and don't get me wrong, I like the game, I just think it's praise has been a little more than overblown since it's release. I feel a person misses the point when praising the "depth" of a game like Yume Nikki.

Shitty wandering. No real fighting or tits. Did not like and did not finish.
