You'll either want to commission a custom head, make it yourself, or hunt around for Resin BJD's. Resin dolls tend to be a little more "gothic" in style.

Are there any relatively cheap brands (like $300 or less) that are anatomically correct/have sculpted vulvas? I need it for... artistic reasons.

They do give a little. There is a torso modification called PeachPai which has silicon inserts and makes the busts really squishy.

Not very cheap,unless you get the child models, but uh...Not sure if those have the anatomy you're lookin for.

You just have to deal with korean-styled sculpts and faces, rather than the softer dollfie or japanese-style. There's a few cute-faced korean bjds though.

However, I think DoD have the more nicely sculpted rumps.

There's lots of other brands like iplehouse and soom, as well, so there's a lot of flavors to suit your tastes as well. I'd look at a list of manufacturers and just keep lookin till you find something you like with the parts you want. A lot of heads can be swapped to other company's bodies, too, so long as the resin color matches and the size is ok.

But for the cheaper end of things, there's always obitsu, I'm not sure if they have sculpted ladyparts like you would like, but my male is genitalia free, if thats anything to judge by.
