i'm working on a vn. you date poorly drawn girls with self image issues. Trought the game the main character learns to love girls beyond their looks. it also features bullying, incest and a yandere route

Holy shit, someone actually remembers that? It was just a tech demo for a shitty engine I made out of boredom. mouth is too low from the bottom of the nose, lengthen the nose.

Neck is at a odd angle.

Collarbone detail is too wide or placed oddly.

Boobs, and aureola. They are not proportioned to the body, the nipples would be further out on the boobs or the boobs would be further down the body.

I would loose the shadow hatching. It does not work with the line art or the coloring style.

Coloring, try more subdued color overall. Do not change the color but make it less saturated.

I tried fixing her tits and lips, her shoulders are beyond fucked though and I had huge problems when drawing it hence I covered left shoulder.
Also forgive the missing lines but the layers got really twisted.

I like it a lot. What do you mean by not good at animating? photoshop can make it a gif if you draw each frame as a new layer, but if your trouble is in drawing each frame then you will never make the gif at this rate. I want the gif ;_;

I have a vn project I really want to start making some progress on but if there's one thing I'm complete garbage at it's painting, even digitally, and it's really the only way I'd like to render characters for something in full colour like a vn

The anatomy of her face is completely wrong. Kill the colour layers and drop the transparency on the lineart, now draw a skull inside of her head. It doesn't have to be super detailed, it's just for reference. Make sure you have an actual pictureo f a human skull open so you don't make the same mistakes again. Now, take a look at what's going on. Her nose and mouth and in the complete wrong places and there's a big issue with her eyes - you haven't actually /drawn/ eyes, you've just placed 2D 'symbols' that represent eyes on what is otherwise a shape represented as three dimensional. What I'm trying to say is look at your face in a mirror, tilt your head the same way she has and look at the curvature of your eyes; hers are just sort of sliding across her face
