4chan (specifically CloudFlare) was just down in the UK and the Netherlands for a few hours.

Did /jp/ get better or worse?

This is actually fun to watch. Apparently CloudFlare started hosting an anti-spam organisation, Spamhaus, and some Russians are DDoSing CloudFlare in retaliation. A couple of conspiracy theorists keep saying that Spamhaus is actually an evil terrorist organization, and the head of Spamhaus (Alan Stott) keeps replying to them with PR lines about how the Web would crumble without Spamhaus.
