How deep trouble western artist gets if trying to get a job that needs art skills, the boss does an backround check to judge the progress and finds hentai?

Does it depict characters who look underage.
By that, I mean do they look younger than 25?

This why God gave us the ability to use pen names. So nobody can track down how you like to spend your spare time.

Let's assume that characters look legal, but there would be some fetish involved that normalfag hasn't ever seen before (futanari, beast on human, mindbreak, vore, /d/ stuff in general), would that get you an appointment to therapist instead of a job?

dillers, duder

You ever do graffiti? Or get paid by some outfit, or otherwise do taxable/traceable business with anybody for drawing/providing porn? Somebody might find out. Does this mean you're "fucked" or whatever? Probably not.

Or didja put something fuckstupid and linkable to your real-life identity up somewhere, like some shitty deviantart on facebook profile (employer check guys LOVE checking facebook, it makes them feel all tech savvy, hip and informed and shit), that could indicate to somebody that you'd be some kind of a liability or steal their trademarks or their trade secrets or whatever?

Or is this background check more just because they don't want you walking out of the studio with their physical bucket of real gold paint or some shit?

Artist being declined a job because he has porn is silly.
Granted that a lot of porn is drawn like trash. But no matter the case, being well familiar with the nude form helps out pretty much any artist that would ever draw actual people, clothed or not.

No I think I get what the OP was tryin' to ask now. He already had a job and was asked if he and/or some other guys could do the logo or some shit, So he put a folder together of his stuff that he'd done. And just now realized some of it had some of his old sanic furry crap in it, and he was wondering if that could be a problem.

Short answer: Yeah, maybe. Certainly might be considered inappropriate.
