>> No.1118951

>> No.1118950

Deppends on how where etc... dont wanna live in some 5×5 appartment in the slums. But i'd live in some villa and have a huge income.

>> No.1118956

The more I know about it, the less I would willingly want to

I never get it, Croatia.

>private english tutor to rich little girls

Good luck, lol.

>> No.1119000

Due to the high cost of living, and other reasons, not really.

But, I'd love to visit for a while.

I wanted to go live there after finishing college. I still want to but at the same time I'm having second thoughts about it.

>> No.1119014

The dorms I'm staying in are aparently right across from the college which is a good deal because all my friends have a 30 to 90 minute commute. So, I really lucked out.

That doesn't make any sense...but okay.

his english is very poor

but we love him anyway

>> No.1119066

I wouldn't want to actually live there. Especially since in Japan you are expected to work like a horse, and I'm a lazy bastard.

I couldn't stand the lifestyle of the average Japanese people.

>> No.1119091

Just be like Danny Choo, he basically just goofs off all day in Akihabara but is inexplicably rich.

you mean Corea

>> No.1119216

I actually lived there for 5 years and I can tell you, being an anime/game fan here in the US is ten times better than being one in Japan.

Who is this guy in the pic, anyway?

I lived in Japan for 2 years. It's nothing like what you would expect.

All the people who move to Korea, Japan or Taiwan/China... How do you guys make a living? Isn't it impossible to get work if you're a foreigner?

Honest question: why Korea? I'm graduating in a year and then it's ESL in Japan or Korea...trying to make up my god damn mind.

I've been to Japan twice but never Korea. Enlighten me!

>> No.1119332

I live in a shitty country right now so yeah it'd be better to live in japan...too bad i'm such a lazy bastard and don't want to work that hard.

I'm sure you're able to find people with similar interests willing to be your friends, right?

>> No.1119425

>>1119320

Lol so another dime-a-dozen english teacher

>> No.1119441

I would move to Japan probably. Less because I'm interested in anime/doujin shit, more because I'd refuse to learn the language so I'd be extra isolated. They already leave foreigners alone for the most part, especially one that doesn't speak their language.

That makes no sense. Cost of living is higher in Japan and you can just stay in your apartment all day where you live now.

any links? i've been interested in Korea for a while, but all I can find is disenchanted ESL teachers that hate the place...

Everybody should speak Japanese these days, and not because of their tech culture and pop culture, but because Japan is the hot spot for business.
