i wanted to talk about japan's openness concerning sexuality and about those junior idols from imouto tv or candydoll tv

i know this stuff is sold on amazon JP and is legal in japan, but what about the rest of the world? i know for a fact canada will bust you for drawn lolies, i believe it's legal in some states in the USA, i'm not sure about europe as theres 30 different countries with different legislatures on the subject

i thought i'd ask here as you are all very fond of those chinese cartoons and are japanophiles

pic unrelated it's an adult cosplayer

You understand that there's a difference between "lolis" and "junior idols" right?

>i wanted to talk about japan's openness concerning sexuality
you do realise Japan is in a rapid decline because nobody has sex?

i do, but i wanted to illustrate how far canada goes

my question about those juniors is because they're real people while the lolies are drawings

That's alright then, I was just curious.
Just the way you worded the question was a bit strange.

Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance Regarding the Healthy Development of Youths
>The Metropolitan government is authorised to "encourage the establishment of an environment where child pornography could be eliminated and prevent its creation." The bill specifically mentions "any sexually arousing posing on the behalf of children under the age of 13 wholly or partially naked, or wearing swimwear or only underwear, published in books or featured in film," although as with its other provisions this only applies to drawings and animation, not to photography or film of real children.

In US there are a million fan sites for these and candydolls. Some pictures that can be deemed very lewd can be found on in simple google search of the girls name. Theres a series of websites called WeAreLittleStars that has similar content but western that prides itself in being "perfectly legal".
I have never heard of importing DVDs to the states, if that is what you mean. I would say it is possible to get away with, but it would still be taking a risk.
I believe there is a market for these DVDs in some southeastern Asian nations (the ones with sex tourism).

Thank you japan for banning fictional child exploitation while leaving the real stuff alone

Don't worry, any "ban" "regulation" and so on, in both 2D and 3D, will go unenforced.

so, what about europe? is there a union wide law set by the parliament or something?

>> No.11932004

There is directive, but it only covers actual pictures of child sexual abuse. Other than that it depends on country. Ironically countries that outright ban 2D stuff (Germany and France) are very liberal on 3D stuff and child model stuff is pretty openly sold afaik. UK is exception though, but it has become extreme police state of Europe in just about everything. Rest of Europe excluding Sweden and Norway is generally quite liberal with both 2D and 3D stuff, but it really depends on country.

There was a 2D court case in I think Sweden that got lol'ed right out of the courtroom.

That is old bill from 2010. It didn't pass due to public and industry opposition. There is new bill (banning possession of real CP) in consideration that had "hidden" drawings clause to it, but there has been lots of opposition this time too. Some guys on LDP tried to press it very hard though, but things have gone silent, so likely it has been forgotten.

Also, last things I heard about it was that stuff on drawings was removed from bill.

They didn't change the law though. Sweden in general is strange case on this. It is very liberal country (generally), but some groups (mainly feminist and fringe christians) are pressing laws like that real hard. Feminists especially happen to have quite a lot of power.

Situation currently is basically that public (include police) is against the law, but government wants to keep it. I hear police are refusing to enforce it, but still the government supports it strongly.
